I never know when to do certain things, what is too much, too little with talking to a woman?

I was talking to a coworker about this. I am talking to a woman, I never know when talking too much becomes clingy, and when talking too little that she thinks I am not interested. With face-timing, a week ago, I messaged her about getting together and she just randomly FT me. I want to return the favor, but I don’t know when is appropriate to not alienate. Social media, she follows me on IG, and that’s how we’re communicating. Like, what are things i should avoid posting that may seem normal that could push her away. Is there a limit as too how much i should? Can I get some advice?
