y'all so I have been texting a guy I dont know who claimed to be a celebrity. I knew its not true so I just played along. He then asked me if I want to meet him some day. i said I can't bc my parents dont allow me to. but then he said but I will just come to your house and can meet your parents. I dont know if he knows my location or if its nothing serious. If yes do you have any idea how to solve this without anyone knowing.

Stop all communication tell him your grandfather is a deputy sheriff and he monitors all your activity on the Internet and your cell phone. Worst comes to it change your phone number. If he continues to get the police involved they will capture his IP number from which location he is contacting you. He is a liar and he wants more from you and he should know better than to mess with minors online trust me don't take this lying down you have the right to stop this so take action against him. Don't get depressed and do anything crazy your life is worth living he is a predator and needs to be stopped Lord only knows how many more minors he's contacting online.

Be scared and listen to your gut.
He just wants your address. Stop texting people you don't know. Show all the text to your parents. You are under 18. And its easy to fool people without experience in how wicked some people can be but pretend to be your only true friend.

I would like to take the opportunity your question gives to share a tad more advice to many other people.
I was playing an online game. This boy in my guild would talk about himself and his drama all the time. Some things he said made me a little skeptical so I started piecing together clues about him that he would tell. His school colors/mascot, events that happened, how he walks to school. yada yada and I found a location that fit the school colors (pretty easy) and events (pretty easy) and other clues that narrowed down where he lived. One day when he went off again I simply stated. Don't make me come to "the name of the area he lived" and spank your little but in front of "name of school". This was a 75% educated guess. He panicked and it confirmed I was right on target.

Moral of the story - Don't give out clues of yourself. When playing an online game BE THAT CHARACTER and not yourself. When chatting online be very careful of what you say about yourself. People will ask you about details. Don't give them.

Lesson learned, unless you know who you are texting to, especially at your age, you just never know what could come of it.
Just block him and hopefully after a bit he will move on.
