Why am I so terrified?

hi so I am a boy and usually I talk with a lot of girls or women cause i tend to get along better with them but recently every time I try to approach this one girl I end up unable to say much to her and end up running off like a fool. I dont even know her that well and I dont usually end up doing this around anyone and was wondering why this might be happening and possibly any solutions there are to this. also she is very confident and always has people around her and while I am confident I prefer not to engage more than 2 people at once.

You are just suffering from anxiety and it is all in your head. My guess is that the first time you approached her you clammed up and then that was stuck in your head. Perhaps you also find her out of your league. That is something that a lot of people believe in and in nonsense. Whatever the case may be you need to either just decide that you can't talk to this girl or learn how to get over the anxiety when you do approach her. There is really nothing any of us can do to help you. You are the only one that can help. You need to figure out why (I am only guessing) the reason is that you can't approach her is and then figure out how to overcome it. I hope that you do because it is obvious that you like her.

You're welcome. You just need to get over the initial anxiety. Once you settle into conversation you will see there was nothing to worry about and you'll relax. Deep breathes before you go and talk. Calm those nerves.
