First of all, there's nothing wrong with women being promiscuous/sexually active.

Secondly, how do women who are sleeping with multiple men at once view a guy who's being romantic towards them?

Promiscious women are less likely to actually appreciate and truly engage in a romantic relationship. And statistics clearly show the higher the body count, the higher the chance of having unsuccessful relationships. There seems to be a direct correlation. The funny thing is, often women who lead a promiscious lifestyle would settle for a guy who they would not have given the time of day when they were jumping from dick to dick in their prime years. So they need a provider and perhaps even children, so they settle for the next best thing because the men they actually want, don't want them.
