Don't ever sing any contract that binds you to ever leave. Because they can take u to Court. Some contrasts hold ur future pay raise. Take my job for instance. After a year, do to my work ethic and performance. I gain 2 dollar raise. It's been 4 years and I went up 12 dollars raise. If I leave, I can, put this job as a previous job and experience gained. Under contract. I can't. Crazy enough some job contacts requires u to pay off to close the contract.
