if my boyfriend ask me to do something and I do not want to do it he lose his shit at me I end up doing it but then I feel crap all day. Genuinely, get out of there. I don't know what it is he asked you to do, but quite frankly it doesn't matter. You should never get aggressive, shout and insult a partner. (Well, maybe, if it's a mutual thing and you give as good as you get, but that doesn't sound like the case). He should discuss it like an adult and if you don't respond to him he should leave.
