Would it be wrong for me to do this?

So I’m 21 and earlier this year I want to say in April I was talking to a guy I met on a dating app we hung out once we kissed nothing other than that happened. This guy (he’s 24) and I were talking for about a month and he was pretty cool. Turns out he has just broken up with his ex when we started talking which I was not aware of. The ex texted me and told me he told her he wanted to get back with her after I told him I didn’t want to get physically intimate with him just yet. So then he texted his ex and his ex told me and so I stopped talking to him. Im back on the dating apps but this time I come across this guy who to me is pretty cute he’s my age (21) I want to swipe right on him but I just realized that this guy is his brother. I would like to talk to him but I feel like it would be wrong since I did kiss his older brother even though his older brother was a douche and tried to play me out like a dummy. This brother that’s my age seems nice but I feel like it will be a messy situation if he finds out me and his older brother kissed before. Guys is a kiss this serious and would you be mad?
Would it be wrong for me to do this?
