Guys, How do guys act around a girl they like, when they know she has a boyfriend, but she still flirts with them?

Friendly, but keep a distance socially, like outside of work.
I had a female colleague who was super flirty at times, always suggesting we meet for drinks or dinner etc outside of work. But I was made aware by another guy that she was in a long-term relationship, so I would accept or agree to meet up, but always made last minute excuses to avoid meeting.

Not sure if it was a crush, but yeah I eventually grew to like her. I remained distant as she never would mention her boyfriend to me and would change the subject if anybody else tried to direct conversation to couple stuff.

Well since the girl who has a boyfriend is openly flirting that means she has an intention to cheat. Now, it depends on the men in question here. If the man has standards and had ethics then he will stay away from such a girl.

However, some men will enjoy that and may flirt back.

First off a boyfriend doesn't mean she is committed.
Second if I became her boyfriend I would not expect the habit to change. Not until she and I where committed.
Perhaps its always best to ask are you in a committed relation ship? follow up with "Is it mutual?"

I keep a distance, stop looking at her, stop initiating communication with her and stay away completely. If she flirts I ignore it. If she says hi I will respond but for the most part, it's like she's now invisible to me.

Not often tbh. Only when we’re hanging with mutual friends. As stated in the last reply, I’ve been told her has a crush on me. Sometimes he says flirty things, like I know he’s kind of joking but he’ll often agree to what I said, like if I say the sky is purple he’s like yeah it is type thing in a joking way. Maybe he’s just not a normal flirty guy
