How do guys act around a girl who likes him?

So my crush knows I like him, but he acts really confusing. I don't know why he keeps staring at me and then looks away and sometimes he looks at me prolonged times. He also seems awkward around me like there is tension between us. And he always seems to be around me like he wants to be close to me but he won't talk to me. He is the type of person who is confident and not shy. Do I make him nervous I don't know I'm confused to why he acts like this. If any you guys or girls may know from experience please help me :)

If he is very social in every other circumstances, then It sounds like he's nervous around you.
He wouldn't be nervous if he didn't like you. He probably doesn't want to blow it, so he's playing it cool.
I recommend you ley him know that you like him and take it from there!
