Anyone just want to cry after a date?

I'm serious. Like I've been on so many dates, the girls that like me I don't like and the ones that I like don't like me.

I cried a lot after dates, and after rejections I vented my anger against objects like pillows and closet doors by punching them. I gave up on dating due to suffering by indifference and rejection.
That’s life man, at least you’ve someone appreciating you, I know that you don’t return the sentiment but at least it is something good for self esteem.

You would think, but with girls it seems like they're either dating the guy are they aren't. There's no in between.

There is plenty of in-between and I do have friends. Just sometimes dates don't work out. Many times though I am the one doing the rejecting... While other times I am rejected. Some women have unreasonable standards and not only don't want to date someone but flat dislike and despise someone.

While other times it is hard to find a woman who meets my standards which are high but not unreasonable I don't think

WHy don't you SLOW DOWN and be more selective. Date less, screen more. You'll probably have fewer dates, but the quality will rise. And you won't need to cry.
