You don’t have to get along with anyone in your family, nor do you have to like them. You can’t choose who family is, but you can friends.
Why do you feel you don’t get along? What is her illness?

No my brains.. she has psychosis

You could well be wired differently. I am.
Your mother sounds like she has a lot to deal with, as do your family. Mental health can make people difficult to handle.
