No, wouldn’t be okay with it. It is one thing in the beginning. Heck, you forget about that stuff easy enough. To bring it up to him in the course of 10 years and he does nothing? That’s suspicious.

It sounds as if he still wants to give the impression of single and interested in dating should someone “better” come along. Now, I’m not saying anything about you, just what he might perceive as better or newer.

To advertise he is single is pretty bad. Now, have you both agreed you are in an exclusive relationship? I’m only assuming so since it has been 10 years. He doesn’t seem committed or interested in committing.
