Is it weird to ask my girlfriend meet me at my town?

Hello All
My girlfriend is 300 km far away from me. She told me that her parents do not let her to meet me at my town.
They always ask me to come their town.
If she has meet me at my town, I might have chance to show her my town, and the flat options for marriage.
But she told me that they will never let her go before marriage..
She did not come even to My Dad's funeral

She did not explain. I could not understand her worry either...

Is it weird to meet me at my town and Why?

It is weird.-Especially not coming for your Dad’s funeral. I have to guess that you are not high priority.-not willing to stand ground with parents for you🤷🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️
