If you really want children then yes you should freeze your eggs or get inseminated from a sperm donor. But do remember that eggs getting fertilized is only small part of the deal, you still have to carry that child to term. And that window if fast closing for you.
I don't think you need to do all that. Try to find a guy by dating someone who's looking to start a family with a good woman. You can also try a sperm donor as a last resort but why not just try to meet a decent guy looking for a family? Sometimes even, a guy friend will be willing to have a child with you.

I heard freezing could lead to issues, the best would be a loving husband, but you said you've had a hard time. Insemination is too impersonal I think.
I say double down on your efforts to find a good man to have a family with.
You could just try harder to meet a family minded man. Being a single parent isn't easy, and having a male role model is important.
Freeze them if you wish but start the process of mentally preparing yourself for the very very real likelihood that it won't work for you.
Just figure out how old do you want to be with a 13 year old.
That might help out.
