Less girls answer because they don't care. Men are more likely to answer because they are problem solvers. If you want girls to answer, you have to appeal to their selfish nature.

I've made a few female friends on here. Just don't be weird, interact with them, like/comment on their opinions, ask interesting questions, and they will be more inclined to answer your questions if you leave helpful opinions on their questions.

Are you aware that we can see your question history? I'm confused as to why you're acting as if 20+ men are answering your questions, when the reality is that the questions that you ask aren't interesting and you don't get many responses from men or women.

The point of this site is to answer and ask questions. People are more inclined to answer questions that are interesting and aren't repetitive. The only advice I can give to you is to ask better questions and if you only want responses from female users, make it so only female usere can answer.
