I really really like my co-worker, should I tell her?

I am a teacher and so is she. She is a 3-6 grade teacher and I'm an art teacher. She is a new teacher and were are around the same age it's just that I'm a year older. I'm not stationed at her school but I do have to go there on Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays. She is so beautiful, soulful, and passionate. Sometimes I stop by her class and listen to her lessons and I can see that she is so passionate and that is one of the things that makes me attracted to her. But, what really makes me attracted to her is her personality. Whenever I'm around her and I just feel so calm and relaxed. She inspires me to be a better person. We are friends and we do have a great friendship. We have hung out before and I try to disguise it as if we're just "Hanging out" but I treat it like it's a date. Sometimes when we are out of course she gets hit on and it does make me feel some type of way but you know, can't really do anything about that. I've never "made a move", but I have flirted with her (IN RESPECT) and I don't think she caught on, so it's hard to tell whether or not she feels the same way about me. However, there are many factors I have considered with her rejecting me. The main one is the fact that we are co-workers. I care for her so much and I do want to spend the rest of my life with her. Should I tell her how I feel?

Just ask her to dinner after school. That means “I like you and am interested in getting to know you better.” One reason we ask people to date so they can reject the date, instead of rejecting us directly. It the same thing, but less emotional than asking “Do you find me attractive?”

That was one of our "dates". One evening after school I asked her I said "Your pretty cool, I would really like to get to know you better. Can we go out tomorrow night? (Which was a Saturday) and she said sure. It took some gut but I did it and It was amazing! We out had dinner and talked for the rest of the evening and I dropped her back off. She never rejected the dates. However, I don't know her on an emotional level. But I do know the basic things about her like her favorite color, food where she is from and etc. But not about her past and personal things like that. She is on a vacation and we plan on hanging out soon. I really wanted to bring flowers to our previous date, but I was afraid it would have been too forward. Should I?

Do what you feel. If she doesn’t like it, she’s not the woman for you. Would you want to be with a woman who got upset because you brought flowers? Normal people don’t do that, Were you raised by angry people?

It's too early to say that you "want to spend the rest of my life with her" but you are definitely interested. Ask her out to dinner at a nice restaurant and see if you too click. If you do, great, go for date #2, and maybe more. If you don't, you'll at least get to meet her up close and have some good food.

What are you waiting for... risk. It's better than regretting. And if she says NO-it doesn't mean you stop going by her class and wave in.

but what if the friendship stops?

it is not going to Stop !! I assume when you're going by her Class and listening in that you wave or are "Present"... she knows?

No, I just stand by her door and listen and she doesn't know. What I mean is if I tell her that I like her and she doesn't feel the same way its going to be awkward for her.

You should wave one time... you took the time to hear her Teach. Do you know what i could do with that. You said she was soulful..."You love what you do.. sure sound like it... I'm sure parents love you.." Know what I mean?

That sounds like a great suggestion the next time we reach the classroom. I will take note.

Do that next time..."he's getting... making effort... why did he do that.." Ask her out next time. I was so impressed (yada yada yada-by your teaching) OH, that's why he asked me out... It looks like using the "right brain" in decision-making... By the 15th (pay day) you should have Joint Selfie...
