Like if he does something you like tell him "you're such a good man" or "you're always good to me", if he starts getting lazy or he's not working as hard just start dangling sex over him by telling him things like "oh, I don't feel like sex right now and I am not feeling happy right now" or "I feel like I am distracting you from your work and I require too much attention, I feel so bad", he'll step up his game and work over time for you and then after he does that tell him "omg, I love you so much. I was you to put a baby in me. You're such an amazing man. I am sorry I ever doubted you", you have to treat him like a pet, if he doesn't do good, he doesn't get a treat. But don't show any anger towards him. Just make it seem like you think it's your fault he's getting lazy and he's falling behide in his work.
