Now what does she really mean? Should I call her tomorrow? Or wait for like 2 days or something..? What to do

If you tried calling her and she said this to you, it is HER responsibility to call you back, provided she wants to talk to you anyway. That's basically what I tell a girl when I'm not really interested in talking to her, when I am, I always say "Hey I'm busy right now but can I call you back later if not tomorrow?" Sounds fair enough to me.

Personally if a guy who I really wasn't interested in at least enough to just have a simple conversation called me, I probably just wouldn't pick up the phone in the first place. So I'm sure she meant it
