Has your "type" changed drastically over the years? What do you think caused it?

Mine did. I used to be exclusively attracted to Indian and black men as a teenager. I wasn't even interested in light-skinned Indian men. I used to find them feminine. My biggest celebrity crush was John Abraham.
Then after interactions with white men in my early 20s I started liking them more and more. Now my ideal man is a tall Caucasian guy. It seems dumb because I don't live around them but that's just how the things are for me now. Some even get offended by it but they're a minority. Have you experienced something similar?

Nope same type since preschool... any ethnicity/race but always a strong preference for the same race, normally lean to average build, taller than me (now preferably 5’7-6’2), short cut hair/shaved/fade, little to no body hair, little to no piercings/tats, toned arms, flat tummy, preferably no abs, cute face, sweet smile, mainly dresses in casual sportswear or streetwear (nike, adidas, under armour, polo, etc), within 0-3 years of age, straight/male-born, believes in God, doesn’t smoke, rarely drinks, talkative, goofy, courageous, respectful, nurturing, and caring

I prefer all. But my own race will always be my main preference. For example, if you gave me 5 guys with the same look and personality, but they all came in different races/shades, i’d choose the one who is black like myself. He’d likely also understand cultural stuff better. I’ll always choose whoever is the most like myself. Now if you gave me a 5 different guys of different races and different personalities but one of the other races, has a closer personality to my own, then i’d choose that person because of more of an emotional bond. So it all depends

Yes mostly black in high school, mostly white in college. Mostly indian and latino outside of college. But my main preference is still my own race if he suits my highest match looks/personality wise

I'm 19 now. Also, my age thing on here is messed up. Once I was 13, I was aware of Cillian Murphy, Sarah Paulson, Lady Gaga, and Adam Driver. There was no turning back. Suddenly older people were the only way, haha. Specifically, older masculine men with unique faces and older women with unique faces are my types, which match those four celebrities.

But then I worked at a restaurant with a lot of black women and after being around them I started to find black women really attractive. Then I worked at a different restaurant with a lot of Asian women and the same thing happened with them. So now I find most women attractive

I have a strong bias for East Africans (my ethnicity) I'm not gonna lie, but I would go for any black person within the diaspora.

I do not date Caucasian/Hispanic/Asian women at all for cultural/moral reasons, and I don't find them as attractive.

Very much so. Until I was 20, I was interested almost exclusively in black women. There were a few exceptions here and there, but that was generally what I was drawn to. Sometime just before my 21st birthday, there was this seismic shift of sorts in my preferences when blonde hair, blue eyes, and freckles suddenly became the most desirable physical traits that any woman could have. Attraction is rather vague and few of those I've been drawn to had much in common physically.
