36 year old me to 18 year old me:

"You're never going to grow any taller, so STOP trying to chase or pursue women. You literally CANNOT WIN. You are stuck this height, forever. You will only ever feel heartache and depression chasing after women, romance, and love. It is only a game the true males can win at. So, with a heavy heart, I order you to stop searching for love. You cannot change how women think.

Instead, here is your new path in life: Martial Arts. Yeah, you're a short sh*t, I know. But you MUST start this path here and now. Do what you gotta do to hustle the money. Brazilian Kickboxing is best. American Boxing is kinda lame. Jiu Jitsu, which is just wrestling, is kinda gay. And Karate and Kung Fu are only for skinny people. Stick to kickboxing.

Oh, and also start lifting now. You'll never be able to lose weight without surgery either, so just lift. F*ck cardio; you can't change your f*cked-up, handicapped body. ONLY do weights and nothing else. You can just use the machines and curl, if you want. Bench pressing is optional.

So yeah. Accept your midget height of 180, give up the impossible pursuit of love, star doing kickboxing now and don't stop, and lift weights. Good luck, 2003 me."

More seriously? I would my twenty-something self that they were quite attractive, and to pull the stick out of their ass and dance like no one is watching. Those bands you are going to love in 20 years? Go see them now.

I would tell my younger self that being vulnerable is not a weakness and to stop letting your emotions build up on the inside tell you can't hold any more in isn't health. It's not realistic to give someone a little bit of your time thinking that Will get them off your back and satisfy them. Finding yourself less agitated and annoyed by male students and teachers then you do the female students and teachers does not mean you are a boy trapped in a girls body. It is true females are more physically and emotionally invasive. This won't last forever
