Rich guys, how do I stop self sabotaging?

I spend 12 hours on a project. Grinding. Then I realize I was subconsciously being inefficient. Because if I did complete the project I know Id have another more difficult one waiting.

It may be more helpful if you step back and address the underlying definition and process.-this is how matter (people/stuff) are. Are we discussing Divergent or Convergent inefficiency?- Number 1. And then there's at least 3 equation thoughts therefrom.- It is fun time... not really complicated but is too.
