Not a diet freak necessarily, or a vegan for the matter but they just abstain for oily and greasy food.

+1 yAs long as I can eat my junk food in front of her, I’m okay. I once went out with a personal trainer who said she spent her whole day in a gym around people who take their bodies so seriously, I was her comic relief.

+1 yIf there's some medical reason why they can't eat junk food, that's fine, but if they just refuse to eat it... never... there are probably other more important negative things that they have in their personality, like they are control freaks... and that's not something I want to be involved with.

Exactly
No, If they don't eat fast food sure. My dad never ate a lot of takeaway food (mcdonalds, kfc etc) in fact we had it maybe once or twice a year for the car trip to the airport.
But if they refuse to eat any unhealthy food, like if we were having a date at a festival or fair and they didn't get a hotdog with me I don't know I feel like its over the top unless for good reason. Everything in balance.

+1 yYes, 2 people can eat different things at the same time as long as they respect each other's appetite. It would be wrong to degrade someone over the food they like or avoid.
And in this case scenario, it would only benefit the person if he follows your kind of appetite. Although meat is a must have for healthy life.10 ReplyAs long as I’m not expected to follow their diet I don’t care. I eat a relatively healthy diet, but I do on occasion go out, or get take out. And as long as they don’t criticize what I eat it’s not a big deal to me. But large difference between diet that either conflict morally with theirs and mine wouldn’t work out.

+1 yI would, would love that actually. I don’t eat any junk food so if I could find a man that’s the same then it would make things
So much more convenient. It’s also sexy because a healthy diet means they would smell better. Junk food causes body odour…10 ReplyOh, a hundred percent yes. The last girl I liked was sort of like that too. Avidly avoided eating chips, cookies, or basically anything that was deep fried in oil and suggested I do the same, but I couldn't because I've always been a foodie at heart.

+1 yIf everything else seems appealing then I might. If the person’s a pure vegetarian it’s a deal breaker for me otherwise it’s anyway better to not eat junk food at all. Although personally I can’t live without a little bit of junk food so I’d hope for the person to bear with me while I savour some of the delish street food once a while.

+1 yIf they make me put down my cheesecake I will be in jail that night
30 Reply468 opinions shared on Dating topic. Yeah as long as he doesn't try to control my diet or give me hard time for having junk once in a while.
10 Reply2.1K opinions shared on Dating topic. Nah I like to cook and bake too much. I gotta be with someone that eats my food. If they refused I'd be offended

How come it's not a turn off?
- +1 y
It's junk food. Tastes good. Why would it be a turn off?
- +1 y
Maybe he could see it like smoking like 'this person is destroying her body and should eat healthy'
- +1 y
But it's not smoking lol xx
- +1 y
He would never eat junkfood, would he?
- +1 y
Yeah so?
- +1 y
I just asked because I like to cook.
- +1 y
I just asked because mom said it should be a dealbreaker in a relationship
- +1 y
Mom also loves to cook
- +1 y
It should? Why? :o
- +1 y
Because cooking brings women greatest joy, in my mom's opinion and it's a shame if the man wants to "eat all grass" (her words) XD
- +1 y
I can see that 😂 I would just be sad if I would be unable to serve him some specialties that happen to be junkfood :(
- +1 y
I'd be sad too, if I ordered a cheeseburger and fries and he cancels it 😭
- +1 y
Right :( it makes me think... Would I be unable to make some of my favorite foods ever again because he needs to eat as well? :(
- +1 y
Exactly! Now you're thinking like us, mom and me.
- +1 y
I don't really have the condition that everyday everyone has to eat junk but somebody who doesn't eat unhealthy food at all is just... Weird

+1 yYes. I'd like my diet to be 90% healthy and someone who doesn't eat junk food would help me achieve that.

+1 yWhy not, I don’t care what they eat, but let me eat what I want to eat

+1 ySure I guess. It'll motivate me to eat healthy more often but I'll still have junk food once in awhile.
+1 ySure as long as she doesn't mind me grabbing some water burger every once in a while

+1 yI don't think I'd mind. It's not as if I have to eat the same thing as she does.

+1 yI have tried many times to stop eating junk food.
If there’s anyone who doesn’t eat these kind of foods, it shows his strong willing, his desire to be healthy and I may stop eating by communicating with him.00 Replyi am so unhealthy, maybe they can influence me to live a better lifestyle.
