Who do you think falls in love quicker, men or women? What is the reason you think that?

Men fall first and harder. There are at least a few reasons.
First, men are socialized to NOT emote. Men who express themselves face harsher social penalties than women do. So women become our entire emotional support system, almost immediately. The instant a woman gives a man permission to express himself in her presence, she’s, likely unwittingly, taking on a massive responsibility and starting the love bond for him. Because there’s no other place where he can feel safe feeling certain emotions, let alone expressing them.
Second, men are also socialized to believe that women are THE prize. We are expected to be appreciative of and receptive to any woman who accepts us. We’re “lucky” if any woman likes us at all. So we’re literally being told to fall in love immediately, because we’re not good enough to expect another woman to accept us for the rest of our lives.
Third, women inherently have more options. The average woman receives 7x to 40x more initiation attempts than the average man online. One of the widest studies of its kind was conducted by OKCupid and showed that only 14% of women had ever made the first move and a negligible percentage claims to practice it as a norm. That’s because men are competing for women, and not the other way around. Most women can expect to be completely passive and get more chances at love than the average man spending his every waking moment striving for it.
So in the end, women don’t NEED the intimacy of a love connection in order to achieve a complete human experience, and they can afford to remain aloof until a better potential mate comes along.
These are a lot of the same reasons that men are more than twice as likely to hurt themselves or suicide when a relationship ends.

Both because every relationship is different and it all depends on how the flow is. Me and my boyfriend both fell in love quickly but I’d say I fell quicker over time.

I think honestly it depends on the person, but in general it’s for men to fall in love quickly, since women are more used to control their emotions and think rationally about opportunities. Plus, they have (in general) more choice and men have less occasions so it’s easier for them to fall.

It depends on the person not what sex they are
