How hard is it to find people over 30 who have never had a relationship?

So I have some friends who are seeking marriageable prospects and are virgins aged 23-25 (mostly female) looking for males 30+ but their no.1 requirement is that the boy should be a virgin and never has had a relationship.

Is this rare to find? I think the main thing is they do not want a man who has been with everyone and most definitely will not be with just anyone.

Yes chances are there to me such guys as long as you're willing to compromise because the guys that meet those criterias do so because they've either never considered dating as being something to go for or they've been neglected by other girls and have chosen another way to live by. Meaning they look for guys that are inexperienced with dating.
Because that's the backside of putting up this dating criteria in an extreme way, chances are that the guy they are dating has overall few experiences with women altogether and doesn't know what she needs and wants hence he didn't date before.
That's something they should know before they reject guys that are more experienced with dating.
Guys are not born knowing what a girl wants in a relationship they need to find that out by real life experience.

To be honest I think it depends on the culture you're coming from. Because coming from a western European countryI think the chance of finding such guys is comparable to winning the lottery even when it comes to religious guys since society has progressed into turning into a quick choice thing where guys don't wait for years but rather choose the first girl they feel really comfortable with. Chances are higher that they find a guy who's been rejected by other girls and is therefore still single but doesn't need to be a bad thing in every case because he could have learned from this experience and dating has become so much of a quick choice where people don't take the time to get to know each other throughly but move on quickly.
The biggest problem i see though that those guys could be harder to find because their need to settle down has been low in the past and they have adjusted to a life of singleness. Many guys come sooner or later to a point where they give up on dating especially if they are single for a long time. That means they reduce their efforts and spending in dating if they had had any in the past. It doesn't make it all impossible but it needs luck and the right social connections to such a guy to have a chance.

I wish you all the best of luck with it but prepare them to have patience because many guys don't go for a career first and then look for a mate so it might take time to find the right partner for them.

Sarah, there's a HUGE difference between "a man who has been with everyone" and a virgin. Honestly if the dude's a virgin at 30 you're pretty much guaranteeing yourself a partner with SERIOUS issues. You'd be better off finding a dude who had one or two long relationships (so not a ton of different partners) than one who's batting zero.

I think if you find a man who is 30 and has never had sex let alone a relationship, you pretty much guarantee that you also found a man with major issues. This type of person would almost certainly have significant social issues and has had a difficult childhood. Imagine not looking for romance from age 16-30 or not being able to find any for 14 years.
