I feel old at 30 ?

I talked to a woman Army Captain, in my office and she said she was "old" and she was 35? My brother said he was feeling "sooo old" at 35? Not rational from my POV.
At 33, I went to a physical assessment laboratory at the University I got BS degree. I talked to the director of the lab about a Max Stress Test on the treadmill. Keeping in mind I was 33, this moron said, "Oh no, we don't' test 'Middle Age men", "you will have to ge an OK from your Dr and have an EKG beforehand"

I got the stress test, and THEN I tested OFF THE CHART" for men at age 19 !!! GO FIGURE!!

If I was a "Middle Age" man at 33, and needed an EKG to take a stress test, You have been listening to the wrong people and hang with the wrong people. SOCIETY probably has put that feeling in your head.

It's just your state of mind. I'm 42 and I'm in better shape and feel better then when I was in my 20's!!!
