I have some sound advice. We all only have a finite amt of time to exist. You an check avgs. That's it. I came up with something that I remind myself and let it guide me. You cannot spend too much time traveling back to the past because you lived it and you can't spend too much time thinking about the future because you will get to experience it when it happens. Because if you spend too much time traveling to those places in your mind you're wasting precious time that could be used to enjoy what's happening right now. Use the senses you have to experience the pleasure the vividness of reality because it fades over time. They say time is money but with time you only have what your given but it's an estimate and I reaize we have to spend some time in the past and spend some time thinking about the future. But think about the times that we get stuck in our heads, how much faster time seems to pass. You snap out of it and the whole day seems to have flown by and the value of that time could have been spent on a day engaging and exploring the people and environment around you.

Old is relative. You are almost a kid from my point of view. WTF, you are barely getting started.

And you're never too old to party. You might get too old to be getting totally shit-faced and falling over, but you don't need to do that to party. I know a lot of people my age and older who still party. They're hitting the bars, drinking, dancing, having sex all night, smoking weed - and doing that shit 2-3 times a week.

You are at an age that you are just starting to figure out what adult life is all about. In another 20 or 30 years you might have it figured out. At that point you'll probably still have another 30-50 years to go. You're still a babe.

Go out and live your life and enjoy it. Stop worrying about age. That doesn't get you anywhere.

No, I think over 55 is when you really feel it.. my mom is 63 tho and still very active even tho she gets horrible arthritis.
