Why do my coworkers always say that we got to find you a girlfriend or that I should already have a girlfriend?

Probably because mostly everyone at work talk too much about their relationships or personal problems too me. They're always probing at my life and ask me personal questions

Its not necessarily weird though, you dont NEED a partner, and rushing into one just because you feel pressured to will only end in a breakup

When she said "odd," I think she meant that not having a partner by that age is atypical. She might think it's odd, but not everyone meets someone who understands them and is attracted to them by a certain age. I'm 38, and I've never been in a relationship. There are lots of people who find it very challenging to find a relationship. Whatever you do, don't let anyone think that you are inferior for not having a partner.
