Yes, for the simple reason when you date someone and commit to them you are committing to the unknown and neither one of you would know whether the future holds a disability for one of you by I'll health or some sort of freak accident, would everyone saying no just up and leave if the person they had fallen in love with and shared themselves with became disabled, because that would be a really sad and selfish thing to do.

depends if their disability controls them or if they control their disability. I've meet some rather interesting people who were told they wouldn't be able to do a task or couldn't do a task by doctors. only to later on prove the doctors wrong and figure a way to preform the task in question though other means.

Disability is a big word, you need to be more precise. Could be having Tourette syndrome, which ain't too terrible, but could also being stuck to a wheelchair.
