Yep, Had Really bad social anxiety now for aslong as i can remember, Rarely leave the house never had a relationship with anyone and get family to go shopping and deliver it for me! Sucks big time and as much as i tried to help it never was able to change it. So now live with it rather than trying to fight it anymore.

Although i do care for elderly but it is in they're own home settings so i don't really have to socially be around anyone other than the person im helping with day to day activities and living needs.

I would say I’m socially reserved and self-reflecting but not really shy. I feel perfectly comfortable talking to people, even if I do not know them.

Yes. In person I have social anxiety and hardly ever speak to strangers. It's very annoying to try to fight through the pain. I get panic attacks when trying to approach a woman for example.

Used to be, but not anymore 😁. When i turned 23 things changed fast, i was a little bit rude at times but in my opinion it's better than being shy

Far from it. I like to meet new people. Even so, because I don't often smile, people sometimes think I'm quiet and reserved.

I consider myself more of ambivert these days. A mix of both extraverted and introverted. I can and will be very social for the most part buuuuut i have a limit and once i reach it i just wanna go home and chill lol

Definitely. It all stems from my insecurities of how I look. Only recently have I become a bit more confident but still I get social anxiety and im just naturally shy.

I have always been very shy. And i do find that i am getting better at being in social situations. I still try to become invisible but i stay in the room at least.
