Not all but many if not most. It depends on a guys testosterone level the more testosterone a guy has the more self-confident and dominant is he, plus having more testosterone also means that he´s better in bed. A good sign for a guy´s testosterone could be his level of facial hair or how well he can build up muscles.

But it varies because not all guys are equally dominant because it also depends on their experience. Many young guys just don´t know how to date. So it´s a mix of different factors.

Guys that have less testosterone are more likely to be insecure at least or some are really submissive but I would say a maybe unpopular opinion that really submissive guys are rare hence many "submissive" guys are in fact needy and self-focused since they call themselves submissive because they fall inadequate by comparing themselves with other guys. But they don´t have a submissive nature that finds joys in serving.

That's like asking, "Are women submissive by nature"? (All you feminists out there don't get your panties in a bunch I wasn't really asking that question) There might be SOME truth to your question as men being the physically stronger gender. But we are not animals. Humans have both societal AND gender rules. Break them and you find yourself ostracized.

In truth, men learn early on what women accept and don't accept. And if men want women accept them they learn to adapt to that.
