No. Alpha males are often chosen by girls during the teenage years.
What makes a guy into an alpha only requires one thing. That is, understanding what makes women/girls (in the case of high school) tick. What makes them crave your touch. What makes them wish for you to push upon them your sexual energy.
How does a guy learn this? Well, the girls choose early on but it's learnable without being chosen. Just harder.
What do the girls/women crave most? Basically for the man that they particularly like (for any reason, doesn't have to do with alphas) to basically pursue her, and push the socially acceptable boundaries.
The girls WANT you to touch her without permission. She WANTS you to aggressively project your sexuality and needs onto her. She wants you to do everything that society and women say men should never do.
This is the realm of the "alpha male." The social skills and ability to do to women what you aren't allowed to do by society.
The beta males try to copy the alphas. They try to push boundaries and all of that but they fail. It's a very special skill.
How does one develop this skill? Well women will teach you. When you act wrong, she is pushed away. She is creeped out by you. She wants to get away.
When you act right, she will look at you, maintain heavy eye contact, smile and laugh at everything you do, allow you obviously to touch her and push her boundaries.
Women wish to be "taken" in a fantasy that only very few men know how to properly fulfill for her.
For example last girl I dated told me she had fantasies of me pulling her into the bathroom at work, and ravaging her. Just taking the unspoken attraction we had for eachother, and grab her, and violate her.
In 99.9% of cases that would result in a rape case. But if you're the "alpha" who has learned what makes women tick, you know the right way to "violate her" the way she wants.
That is the realm of rhe "alpha male." And its only available to very few men.
Most women just settle for less. There's not enough men who know what to do in the world so they settle for other things.

Yes. Your brain is hardwired a certain way when you're born. Sure you can learn to be more confident and assertive through life experiences, but it's different from natural traits.
Some kids are born extremely confident, are naturally assertive and dominant by nature. And some kids are naturally shy, introverted, and submissive.
Your nature is hard to fight against. And while there are plenty of successful people that are not alpha males, alpha males are usually successful in both dating and financial success.
We've all seen the "how to be alpha" shit spouted by 3rd rate dating coaches that tells guys to get a tattoo and grow a beard.
But the truth is no matter how much muscle you pack on, how much ink you get, or how big your beard, if your pulling minimum wage and have less than 7 inches between the legs you're not an alpha just deluded and yes we are laughing at you.
Alphas are born, they're born into the right families, go to the right schools and get employed in positions of command. It's breeding that gets you to the top not swaggering around quoting alpha memes.
Hmm…
Well, basically to be what people think is an “alpha” you need to challenge and win against another person who is perceived to be alpha in your environment.
Either that, or if you are a girl, you make that guy your friend.
And then everything goes as you want.

They are mostly born this way. It's potentially possible to learn the ways of the Alpha, but it will always be nothing but an elaborate act. If You're not born an absolute dominator, You will never be able to enforce Your domination with ease and take pleasure in it - and that's what being an Alpha is basically about. The Alpha way is to force oneself on others in such a way that they accept it as natural and are OK with it. It's basically like being a force of nature - You can possibly learn to act this way, but all it takes for You to lose the respect You need (and Your personal freedom, as well) is a single slip-up and if You're not a natural, that slip-up will come sooner or later.
Gee that kid has a good body , wonder if he can keep going..
I don't think born , I think parents , including male role models of power , plus believe it or not , MOST really successful power men have an adoring mother who worships the ground they walk on , I've seen this on so many occasions.
Lets say , they selected their parents well , wish I had of had a male child , I'd make absolutely sure he was Alpha.
Keep the Alpha run going Coach.

its fake
I dont believe in alpha males
either a decent good guy or a jerk, no superpowers or mind blowing skills or talents, rare genes, superior behavioral patterns needed in order to be a one
its much more simple than all of the false labels that social media influencers n young kids keep spreading online
Certain parts of a personality are predetermined, there are "alpha genes". Who you are is a combination of your genetics and your environment. It is entirely possible to be born with more potential to display alpha traits than the next guy.
I'm of the mind (based on what I've read regarding nature/nurture, twins studies...) that environment is a weaker factor. Those of us born around the middle of the bell curve can certainly work hard and bump ourselves up a tier or two with enough knowledge and determination... but those at the bottom of the bell curve will struggle to ever appear anything like an "alpha".
i don't know what exactly alpha male is. not because for a lack of knowledge on my part but for a massive inadequacy of precise definitions for that word.
it seems to me "alpha male" is just a word emotionally unstable and infantile men use to make themself feel like they're above others.
I'm absolutely convinced that you become one, and it comes with sacrifice. The guy who has everything easy in his life will never be an "alpha" - given that we recognize the term and accept it as a way to describe a male who gets what he wants.
Yep, Coach, I came out of the womb,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, an Alpha male, and punched the DR. for smacking my ass !!!
Not seeing the satire, again. I think people who aren't even looking for it will miss it, too.
What's with the alpha male obsession lately? 🤔
Oh not this rubbish again! :D Here, this is just for you.
For anybody researching this subject. Has it ever made you happier and more successful with all the time you waste thinking about it?
Funny picture!
I think the answer is yes. I had the same traits I have now as a young man. They never really changed.
no. It takes experience to become good at anything. People who dismiss it as a “born talent” again, do so simply because they cannot comprehend the effort it takes to better themselves
No such thing as alpha such a load of bs only hear it from US people wtf. Stop worrying about made up stuff be well rounded person.
Depends on what you mean by "Alpha". Most high achievers have invested a lot of time in their success.
I would say so. Also, I feel bad for that poor kid in the picture. He looks way too young to have a body like that.

is that Andy Tate?
That photo above is confusing 🤣
You have to work hard to be an alpha man
There are few things more tiresome than shock for the sake of shock value, devoid of deeper meaning.
as they don't exist they can't be born...
