Don't be fucking ridiculous. If that was how a real person got proportioned, they'd be a freak, not attractive. No nose, just a couple of openings, tiny mouth that might endanger their survival as they'd not be able to eat enough to survive while the oesophagus will be equally small because of the thin neck, it would probably need tube feeding just to stay alive. And a massive head on a tiny neck like that would snap the neck. Not really a high chance of survival.
