I don't really care. I guess when it's like bleached white blonde hair, it doesn't look great with dark hair elsewhere. However, dark eyebrows and body hair isn't necessarily an indication that her blonde hair isn't natural, I have naturally blonde hair but my eyebrows and body hair has always been brown.

People should feel free and comfortable to do whatever they want/whatever it feels the best for them.
If it offends your eyes, just don't look at them.

Iraqi women love dying their hair blonde; it is a popular trend in the east. It looks terrible to me. I hate blondes to begin with but fake blondes are even worse.
