So i like this guy i work beside, its hard to try and get a conversation going because we work different shifts in different parts of the building. I tried to slip him my number myself but kept getting distracted so i got my colleague to do it. The guy text me to say thanks for my number and I asked him if he wanted to go for a coffee, he said he would but was just out of something and wasn't quite to start dating again yet, he asked for a raincheck & I said okay thats fair, I understand, give me call when you want to go out. When we see/pass each other we smile, say hello & nod to each orher. Its been a couple of months and i'm wondering if am wasting my time.

You find another guy he will sense it because you will likely stop flirting. Then some guys start to move…often it is too late. You tried and he chose not too so you go on elsewhere.
