It is utterly disrespectful if your partner constantly keeps comparing you to other women. This type of behavior should strictly not be tolerated. He may either be doing this intentionally or it may be completely unintentional. Either way, this calls for a serious chat. Have you tried talking to him about this?
Why are you still in a relationship that does not make you happy? You do not need a “last straw” or a reason for breaking up, especially if you feel suffocated.
If I were you, I would have given my partner a last warning. If he keeps going on and on about other women again, I would break up with him in a heartbeat.
