As a 5 8 woman yes. I know men think it’s shallow. I don’t care to be with someone the same height as me, I wouldn’t even care to date shorter if I wasn’t so self conscious. However, every guy I’ve dated or talked to (unless he was significantly taller than me, like 6 3) has always brought up my height and how they hate I’m tall, so it’s not just women who are shallow about height. Them acknowledging my height makes them uncomfortable makes me even more uncomfortable and self conscious. I don’t have to feel that way with a tall guy

I would but I don't think that'll change much. If the average height became 5'10 or 5'11, women would just start dating guys who are 6'5 or taller.

People are only relatively tall. Some will be always taller than average and some shorter. Sexual reproduction produces variation. Some individuals will always be more desirable by the opposite sex.

Half of people are shorter than average height and half are taller. Tall is relative in countries. Its fair enough to say though if a guy is 6'0 or just over 6'0 he's tall everywhere basically. Maybe in the future women will stop breeding with guys <6'0 in order to create a world full of tall men. I wouldn't doubt it

Well technically the majority of men aren't that good looking. So if every man were to become tall their tallness still wouldn't suffice for you. You answered yes though. I believe out of most tall men, maybe about 1 - 2% would be attractive enough in all aspects. I also just stated all men being tall, never mentioned anything about facial looks or body type.
