Yes, plan b has 1/8 chance of failing (12.5% failure rate), and you will get pregnant. I have also read that the odds are worse the longer you wait to take the pill.

There is not any information that I know of, that can help you understand your personal issues with pulling out. There are too many variables involved that you do not control, including: his pull out technique/control, his sperm count that moment, your ovulation schedule, and many others related to sperm health.

Concerning his pullout timing, if he waited just a little too long, then his very first spurt of semen would be inside of you. It would probably not be enough to notice, but the first spurt is the most potent concerning sperm count. So if he shot that little bit into you, then it would contain a considerable amount of sperm.
