I don't think that many guys or girls get a kick out of rejecting guys because they are very well aware that this could happen to them.

Rejecting a person that, despite having been told numerous times that one is not interested, still keeps coming back time after time and has no understanding of the word "no", must not be surprised if a girl (or a guy) seems to lose control and give the impression that he/she is having a kick out of it.

If someone does indeed have a kick at something like that just lacks force of character and has a despicable personality, regardless of gender.

Tell me if this qualifies. I know 4 girls who share a dwelling and 3 I have known almost a decade. They have a large penny jar that they throw phone numbers or card into. They also keep formal logged Counts.
They have no intention of following up and they do enjoy getting the guys info. I’ve seen them get it and thank you…walk right away from him. Does that count ⁉️
