Both, although I think tall women are more likely to limit themselves because they want tall guys so that would make guys more reluctant to hit on tall women. The only way a tall woman would increase her chances of getting hit on if she were to say she's okay with any height of guys because most guys won't think that.

I don't understand these questions, we hit on women in general. If we like her it doesn't matter whether she's short or tall. Some of the cutest women I've ever seen have been shorties.
