(Advice needed) What do you look for in a guy?

In terms of relationships... I've had 2 when I was like... 16? which lasted no more than a month... I went through high school & College without any... I told a girl I liked her from work then she decided to basically fuck the manager for 2 months then got fired...

Not crazy confident, Still working on improving my confidence but like could I be doing something wrong? Is it just a matter of "luck"? Do girls get turned off if a guy has no dating experience?

I would say you are still young for people to expect you to have a lot of relationship experience. Everyone needs something different but here is what I want if it helps:

kind, smart, driven, open minded/adventurous, growth minded, wants kids, is healthy, we have fun/humor together, appreciates me and makes me feel safe.

everyone has a hard time in dating you’re not alone. Not everyone is for you, got to be patient and keep moving forward.

It’s not just luck you probably haven’t had enough reps or the right approach yet, and confidence comes from doing, not waiting. Most women aren’t turned off by lack of experience; they’re turned off by insecurity or hesitation, so focus on being present, direct, and comfortable in conversation. Keep putting yourself in social situations, show interest clearly, and accept that some rejection is part of the process.

No one wants to about your relationship beyond, "more or less than one hand" sexual encounters. Assertive , gentle kindness, soft eyes, planner/doer, you figure it out and she'll enjoy that, etc...
