I would say anything along the lines of felony. Misdemeanors I will take into consideration depending on what they were and if their behavior seems to have changed that led into it.

Basically, any kind of felony.. Anything related to drugs or alcohol, anything violent or sexual. Basically anything that will ruin her chances at having a good job.
