No its not weird. So in grade school, from 3rd to 6th grade I had a huge crush on this girl (Lisa). She rejected me about 12 times. Then in 7th grade I had my first girlfriend and then Lisa came out wanting to date me. I was like fuck you I am over it. I started dating Maggie and I totally fell for her and acted like a love drug idiot and she broke my heart. So from then I went through highschool not really dating anyone. I mean there were girls but I never took it seriously and at 16 I lost my virginity. I'm away I figured out I lack the maturity to date anyone seriously.

I never dated anyone seriously until I was 20, then I fell for the first piece of regular pushy I ever got... like an idiot. Got her pregnant then divorced her 20 years later.

So no its not weird and actually pretty smart... but don't fall for the first piece of pussy that comes along.

Not so much around this age but sadly society and culture or the media seems to make it out to be that 25 is the starting age number or the panic age button
