Girls, Is it weird that I've never hung out with girl and I'm nearly 23?

I'm turning 23 on June 6 and never in my life hung out with a girl even as friends ever, what do you think about that? Speak freely. I've always wanted to hangout with a girl but it hasn't happened, I suck at making friends.

Ah. Well, just start with "Hello, my name is *****. Do you want to hang out some time?" That usually works.
