Boss does not trust me?

To do my job right. I confirm appointments all day and recently he noticed that i didn't close contracts the right way. He said i cannot dot it anymore and someone will. Should i be worried?

Yes. When you mess with company monies then there are ramifications. He has removed you from a specific task. This is not firing or reduction of wage. Simply, do not make anymore mistakes. Perhaps, your strength is in the Sales end rather than paperwork end. Closing and “during-up” appointments is more of a Sales skill. Perhaps, you should inquire of that after 3 months error free. At that time, it will make sense that you are bored. Sales people are highly valued.
