Even if we were to forget about his sexual habits for a second...this guy kept an actual file on her including her whereabouts (not to mention all the others), her bank information which she didn't authorize him to do and I'm 100% certain is illegal, and was insanely jealous. I can't live like that with someone who thinks they can possess and control me or my actions. That relationship is not healthy or safe above all else!
No chance in hell! I only read the first book, but he came across as extremely self-centered. Also I have no interest in participating in BDSM in any way, shape or form.

Never watched the movie or read the book. So can’t say yes or no..
I read the first book, but that was like three years ago. Will not be reading the books and watching the movie too. Too much of a time pass for me!😅😅😅
I watched it and women are easily manipulative and gullible creatures. That is why a ton of liars get away with murder.
A guy who has severe trust issue and would never consider having a long term relationship with me? Heck no. I absolutely hate movies/books that romanticize toxic relationships. You CANNOT change anyone! They can only change if they want to, and set their heart on it. I would not even have a casual fling with him. He is an attractive gentleman, but his personality is simply not it.
Mr. Grey is also a billionaire and I have NO interest in dating someone who is constantly swarmed by the paparazzi.
@Minahh I’m really sorry that you were in a relationship with a narcissist. It certainly is painful and traumatic. I hope you find someone who loves you for who you are and takes good care of you!
Oh certainly, yes! That film was an abomination. Quite revolting to think it was a fan fiction based on Harry Styles, one of my favorite singers. 😭
Have you read the books? The movies cut the cheese so you have to ignore those parts, but the set published in his perspective is better than the originals. Still really damaged, but it explains his healing process more. Less sugar coating. Interesting view on a fictional situation.
@dustybiker No, I have not. I might, but I'm not sure. It would be very hard to date someone who has to deal with a lot of trauma, and I may sound like a jerk, but I don't have the patience to "fix" or help someone emotionally.
@wonderbell99 Oh yeah. Agree on that.
@MaxRobespierre it was my first relationship, I started dating him when I was 18, I didn't have the best childhood. Do some research on narcissists and trauma bond. Questions like this only victimize the survivors instead of putting the blame on the abuser where it is supposed to be put.
Nope, I don't get into relationships with religious men.
If he isn't an Atheist, Agnostic, or Anti-theist we won't get along. I can't date someone who believes in the equivalent to Santa Claus, the 3 ghosts of Christmas & Krampus. Maybe if he was a polytheist, but definitely NO monotheists in my dating pool.
Lmao what are you talking about? Its just a name he is not Christian lol
😂😂😂
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂That was too funny, I might just ask a new question "Would you date anti christ Grey?"
The reason says heck no, stay away from them. No matter how rich, famous and intelligent can be, he is a toxic person, better to work in your own self-steem than being a slave of a monster.
The problem is that if I fall in love, please God help me on stop workshipping that guy and make me have the guts to face him and make me feel brave and powerful that I don't need him and that it is better being alone.
Hell nawl. I’d be done hurt that freaky ass boy when I break loose

He was abusive, manipulative, stiff in bed... and thought money could buy his ugly ass attitude some pussy. Hell nawl
Never, firstly BDSM isn’t really my thing, some aspects of it are but not to that level. Secondly, he isn’t that attractive. He’s just another weirdo like Edward Cullen but at least he was a vampire.
Hell no! He's manipulative and an abuser. Besides, I wouldn't date someone just because they're rich. Rich people are usually arrogant and I hate arrogance. Also, I wouldn't be with someone who would think that they could "buy" me.
The actor is nothing like the character. I heard the actress had to teach him how to take her underwear off. Which is adorable. 😎
I personally liked Taylor the bodyguard character more. Christian was too much work with all the trauma.
He looked like he didn't know how to remove panties. He couldnt even thrust right. He was stiff af and i wouldve thought he was a virgin but even the virgins i know do more then what he was doing
@DizzyDesii lol His first baby was born the week they started filming I heard.
He mustve been a donor
@DizzyDesii If you read the books the character was supposed to be a dominant, not there for love. Thrusting out of character, with director and author telling you “not like that”, with thirty people standing around filming too. Poor guy. All I gotta say. lol I could never act.
I eead snippets of the book. They just needed a different person playing it like Ian Somerhaulder. He was so dominant with Elena in Vampire Diaries

@DizzyDesii Oh, that’s the problem. It’s personal with you. lmao This guy was fine to me. It fit the story well enough. Ian is too well known for other things. That would have been a distraction for me.
Personal how? Jamie just can't act lmao. But we’ll call a truce
@DizzyDesii Okay get this. Say Ian was hired for the part. The director and author would tell him to act the same way. Then you would be here dissing him.
You really have to read the books to understand. Having an opinion without isn’t possible. lol
No its not about how Christian acts. Its about whos a good fit for the part as a whole. This is a sexual movie. Ian can thrust. Jamie can't. Jamie wouldve been better in some dry romantic movie like Letters to Juliet. he's a handsome man. He just lacks the sexual appeal and physicality needed for those films. And dont even get me started on Nash Bridges daughter. So im gonna call it a truce and accept that we feel differently
@DizzyDesii This is my point. Read the books.
And I've read enough to know who i prefer to see. Unless the book specifically said “i can't thrust worth a crap and am stiff” then its not fixing the issue. The whole issue for me was the thrust. Lets say jamie looks more like christian than ian. So be it. But someone needed to teach the mf how to thrust and not just lay there. That was my point. I will now leave you to it
@DizzyDesii This isn’t about truce or fighting. You are nitpicking parts that are specific to the book. “I don’t make love. I fuck. Hard.” There is a reason yo the acting. Read all of them. Can’t form an opinion without.
Anyway. Have a good holiday weekend. 😎
I hear you. I do. But i enjoyed LoTR and HP without the books. Fuck hard is not the same as stiff. Rough is fine but he was stiff. Like constipated type stiff. It took the third film before he wasn't. But yea enjoy your holiday too
@DizzyDesii Read the topic in question. All I can suggest to clarify it for you. ✌🏻
Absolutely not. He is an abusive, controlling asshole.
I'm not into toxic relationships or men who don't respect boundaries
Hell no, I don’t want to date some fake dom who thinks he can do whatever he wants just cause he has money 🤢 I’ll happily stick with my current real dom.
I haven’t read the book or seen the movie but based on the reviews of both of them I’d have to say no thank you.
No. I find dominance in men unattractive. I think even submissive women won't go for him, given the lack of character depth.
Hell no, I watched the first movie and that was enough lol
Lmao, no way. Twilight and all its fanfiction spin offs can stay the fuck away from my romance.
Nooo , I could not tolerate dating such a controlling man.
Jamie dornan is hot af but Christian grey is a big NO
Absolutely not, too many personality disorders for my taste. Also I'm not doing that BDSM shit.
Why not? He is rich and he is handsome. And he does care about her a lot. What else would you want? No body is perfect everyone has flaws.
"I bought the store you work in so I can own you" YEAH NOPE. CRAZY.
Yeah my childhood crush😍 I read the books when I was 13. Although at the beginning he was toxic as heck and I'm a domme but Christian is Christian Gray lol.
Lol that many people saw the movies or read the book? Lol I'm socked
Yes because the money part outweighs the rest. A ton of women are attracted to rich guys.
Would love it. Getting fucked good everyday is a dream
Definitely not 😂😂just don’t think I could deal with it
Hmm, maybe? If we reverse the role, lol! The guy will be the one with the blindfold and I'll do some playtime in his playroom. Lol 🤣
Amazing how women flocked to a book that talked about fisting, whipping, etc. Proof positive that women are really full of shit.
Women also flock to murder documentaries but it doesn’t mean they wanna be murdered.
@KrakenAttackin I was curious about the book because it sounded like an interesting story even though I have no desire to do the things you mentioned that were in the book. I didn’t actually read it though or flock to it but if otherwise did that it could be that naturally they were curious about a taboo subject like I was and then when it made the best seller list that usually makes a book more enticing to want to read it. I knew of other women who saw the movie because they were curious but admitted afterwards that they would not have been interested in that kind of relationship or those kinds of things. Lots of people read books or watch movies with controversial subjects.
Hell no... his character is abusive and controlling. no thank you
Is a a Christian "Gray" different from a Christian Black or White? Maybe a mixture of the two?
If you mean the actor, no. But the character Christian Gray, hell ya. Especially everything he does in the Red Room.
Super hot billionaire that wants to fuck me senseless? I think I can handle that.
A rich sadistic manipulator?
Nope
I probably would, wouldn't seek it out though.
I am like the real Christian grey im just not rich
What is a real Christian?
A real dominant billionaire guy like Christian Gray in the movie.
Well, would him date me?
He**
Absolutely not.
Definitely not.
I'm not into bdsm so probably not.
A whoremonger? No lmfao
No not really. He sounds exhausting.
Well the actor is happy married
No, that's fucked up
Been there, done that, got the Tshirt
I'm guessing lots of girls would.
No thank you.
