How often should you text your partner at the beginning stages of a relationship?
Ok, so here is a bit of background;
We met on Hinge on June 10, chatted for seven days and met for the first time on June 18 in person.
We have been on dates during the following days; June 25, July 9, July 16 and July 23, 2022, August 1, 2022, August 13, 2022, and August 27, 2022. But he started calling them a date on July 9, so I guess we wouldn't count the first 2.

Our dates have included Dinners, Bowling, Mini golfing, Board game cafes, movies, shopping and Brunch.

We made it official on August 27, so we are both somewhat inexperienced in romantic relationships.
Since making it official, we have texted each other on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday.
These are not long text conversations, just basic check-in such as how is your day? He told me he bought gala tickets for both of us, he sent me a happy Friday text, and I texted him back a few gala outfits that I wanted his opinion on.
Our text messages are the same as before, with a few more heart emojis.
We have more intensive conversations during our dates, but we only see each other once a week for about 6 hours on average so I'm not sure if we are going on a date this weekend as it is a long weekend, and he usually spends it at his family's cabin.

I was thinking of suggesting to him we maybe facetime once a week. At least alongside the text messages, but I'm sure if there is a template lol to follow.

He is pretty shy, and we haven't kissed yet, so this is all new, but we have hugged multiple times.

I'm 25 he is 26
