Stick to solid colors. Darker shades. Simplistic style that never goes out of fashion.

Denim jeans, black jeans, beige pants.
Black t-shirt, dark blue, olive, dark grey, and one white T.
For winter go with leather jacket, raincoat, denim jacket, a scarf.
Avoid shorts that are skinny or too short, stick to cargo shorts or sports shorts if you're in sports mode.
Polos and shirts are a good option too.

Many things can go into a man's style and the less complex the better

Jeans and if cool enough, a sweater but with the sleeves rolled up to expose the forearms. Women love arms...

Got to be well groomed- nice shave- not that stubble face fungus Bullshit. Good hair cut, smell good- so deordorant and or cologne.

If wearing a t shirt, solid colors only. Fitted. No stupid graphics or slogans... those speak immature, which is not attractive. Contrary to what others say, i disagree with cargo shorts. It is teenageish. Even though i love the convenience of more pockets, when attracting women I generally wear good shorts or fitted jeans.

If formal, I dont like suits or tuxes. Too generic. I generally go slacks, tie, nice jacket or burberry trench with the belt untied and with a scarf. Shined shoes.

I good pair of fitted Levi's jeans, a crew neck Nike t-or Ralph Lauren or Lacoste t-shirt that is a little roomy (I hate tight t-shirts and skinny jeans). I love vintage snapbacks by Sports Specialties or Starter. I love vintage shirts. I love Air Jordan's from the 80s and 90s. Here and there I will throw on a baseball, basketball or hockey jersey. Other days I like to wear something like chino's and dark navy blue casual long sleeved shirt, with a nice watch and some loafers. Other days I may wear some boots, tapered sweat pants and a rain coat. That's my style. If people want to say ew, stop dressing like a kid! I see guys who wear suits, go to bars and come out acting like a drunken ass.

Anything, just as long as he looks put together when we go out, even if it’s just grocery shopping. For example, brushed hair, clean shirt and pants, and appropriate shoes. Doesn’t need to be anything over the top, but if he wants to, that’s fine too. At home, anything honestly

But the most important is not what you wear but your grooming. Your shirt is not wrinkled, its clean, smells nice. How or what you wear should not be a factor someone will evaluate when decide to date your not. That's shallow. But grooming is important.
