Yes that is true. They find it appealing when they feel attracted towards that person and take pride in that , while they would give the unattractive person a tag of "Creep" while that person is still decent

Omg I find women do that a lot. Example:

A woman puts on flashy clothes and make up and goes out.. if a hot guy looks at her she is giddy or happy... but if a guy she deems unattractive does the exact same thing she says the guy is a creep or pervert and get mad..

I have seen this many times..
