He doesn't bother you but doesn't like being around either gender

He tries his best to isolate himself & to not be noticed

He wouldn't be creepy, but rather bitter. One can be bitter without being creepy, and one can also be bitter with the creep factor going strong. The difference between bitter and creepy: bitter is yelling at people to "get off my lawn!" Creepy is luring young girls onto the lawn.
