this is due to a phenomenon known as the Halo Effect/Devil Effect that attributes positive traits to other positive traits and negative traits to other negative traits

good looks is one such positive trait and ugly looks is one such negative trait

handsome + confident = hot / ugly + confident = arrogant

handsome + shy = cute / ugly + shy = weirdo or potential school shooter

handsome + flirting = charming / ugly + flirting = creepy

handsome + kind = gentleman / ugly + kind = grooming and manipulative

handsome + tough = bad boy / ugly + tough = douchebag

handsome + standing up for yourself = brave = ugly + standing up for yourself = whiny

handsome + funny = hilarious / ugly + funny = rude and offensive

handsome + smart = genius / ugly + smart = cocky

handsome + skilled = talented / ugly + skilled = dangerous

and if you still don't believe me, I want you to look at a YouTuber by the name of Jesse James West who goes around physically picking up girls in some of his older videos. he's a great dude and more power to him but replace him with Peter Dinklage or Jonah Hill and there will be a lot of outrage invoked by the woke mob

I saw this video of these two girls recording their friend "dancing" with this random guy who was intently staring at her and petting her head. The entire time the girl is basically unconscious.

She and the friends posted a video trying to find the guy because the girl wanted to go out with him. The comments were filled with women saying how "cute" and "adorable" the entire situation was.

Had this been an unattractive guy, he would 100% be a creep. I bet the guy never came forward either because even he knows he's a creep.

Different girls have different tastes. I find myself in the middle im not very attractive or very ugly either. Although if i stopped being lazy and lost like 20 pounds im sure i can be more attractive. I will try to find some motivation eventually. But it is creepy to approach random girls that aren't even flirting with you. Usually a smile means it is ok to approach a girl if she avoids you then you should avoid her.

I'm called handsome/cute by most girls , I'm also very socially awkward and kinda clumsy. A lot of times I'd accidentally stare or touch a girl. when that happens they often smile at me lol but when it happens with other dudes I can see them get visibly uncomfortable.. but don't overthink it much. even as a guy you'd probably do the same with a an attractive vs an unattractive girl !
